I've tried many brow tints, but this Perfect Ash Brown Shade has exceeded all expectations! The cool-toned brown is ideal for achieving a natural, fresh look without any unwanted warmth or harshness.

The instructions for use were poorly written and vague. I followed as best as I could but the result was unacceptable as nothing really happened. I feel like I was scammed. I won't be buying any other products from this company. I do not recommend this company.

The eyebrow color comes out very pretty, but one thing you REALLY have to be careful of is that when you apply the bleach, make sure to apply Vaseline around your eyebrows and be careful that the bleach doesn't get outside your eyebrow hairs. I bleached my eyebrows once a month, and today was the second time, and even though I applied Vaseline both times, as you can see in the picture, the skin in front of my eyebrows and the back of my eyebrows got burned by the bleach, leaving several scars. (All the places that look like red are wounds where the skin has peeled off, I applied Neosporin, but you can't see it clearly in the photo).I remember leaving it on for about 15 minutes, and honestly, I checked the color in between, but it's hard to tell the exact color until all the bleach is removed. If you leave it on for about 15 minutes, it will bleach to a really bright color and it's easy to leave scars on your skin, so I think 10 minutes would be appropriate. For reference, I'm Asian and my natural hair color is soft black.

This is a really great product for lightening your brows to give the k-drama actress or k-pop idol look. ☺️🌸✨ The instructions were easy to follow and the product was very gentle on my skin. 🫧😌Overall, I have no complaints. 👍 And the price is very reasonable as well. 🫶 Great product! my brows are very dark and this product definitely lightened them, however the new color is a reddish brown more than ash brown. in the future i may try to bleach and tone separately.the brush also came with a missing spoolie so there was only a stick

I’m so glad I found this product! The kit allows you to customize the color intensity based on how long you leave it on, and I found that 15 minutes gave me the perfect shade that suits me well. The convenient packaging makes the whole process super easy and hassle-free. This is definitely a great product!

I mixed the two products and placed a tiny bit to cover my eyebrows. I had so much product left, I let my mom use the leftovers. Immediately, there was a tingly and stingy sensation. It got more and more painful each second, but I washed it out after 20 minutes to see the results.There was absolutely no color change in eyebrows and only red allergic rash that arose. (pic shows before and after) Same results for momPS: you can see my tears on the after pic because it stung so bad :(
