Q: Does the cover make noise when uncovering the peephole?

No, mine does not make any noise when opening.

Q: Does the cover have to show “togu” or can it been turned over?

I wouldn't get togu. Bad optics. Can't clearly see faces.

Q: Has anyone had fog issues during rain? I noticed a couple reviews of this brand that mentioned it.

I have had mine several months and have not had this issue. However, in the next good rain and I going to check further.

Q: Why show the large "togu" logo? can it be sanded out?

If you want to lose the bronze finish then, yes. The logo isn’t as noticeable from a distance. I find it to be a non issue.
