Definitely seeing a difference
My vet suggested that my dog might start to be stiffening up on his back legs at his last checkup, and recommended I start him on some sort of joint treatment to pre-empt issues later.Beaphar is a very well known name in the pet industry, and indeed I gave my dog their flea treatment for a long time, so you know this is quality stuff and properly tested. These one-a-day chews contain glucosamine which is a well known anti-arthritic treatment as well as Omega-3, and also something I've never heard of called 'un-denatured collagen type II' (UC-II).Because my boy isn't yet suffering very bad effects it's hard to say we can see measurable improvements, but I am pretty sure he's a bit more comfortable with some specific movements that he would occasionally look a bit stiff and reticent with, such as jumping up onto the sofa from a standing start. For this reason I'd say I do think these are having a positive effect, and at this price (works out at roughly 50p a day) I would keep these going in future.

The dogs love them but they are quite expensive
Our two dogs are getting older and need anything they can get to help with their joints. We tried these chews because they contain the same supplements I have been giving them for years - collagen, glucosamine, omega 3, and some others. For a dog chew these contain good ingredients but at 50p per chew they are rather expensive for what you get.Nothing will beat buying regular supplement powders or capsules and mixing those into their food, for dosage and price, but these are a very convenient option that saves lots of time.I am not convinced that there is enough of each supplement in just one chew to make enough of a difference so have given two chews per day, but price wise that isn't viable long term.Overall our dogs like these chews and if you have more money than time then they're a good option, but they are quite expensive.

Meaty smelling chew supplements
These Flexifit Optimum IC-II joint supplements from Beaphar for stiff or older dogs come in a resealable pouch .Triangle shaped with a very strong meaty smell ,there are 30 daily doses in the pack. The pooch that really needs these supplements, showed no interest when the pack was opened and only attempted to eat the chew when it was the only thing in his bowl. We’ve been attempting to feed for 2 weeks now ,it’s hard to tell if they are helping but hoping the ingredients well know for supporting joints - such as glucosamine ,omega 3 and vitamin E are giving some comfort .An intelligent dog , perhaps he will noticed a change himself and be more enthused with the daily chew ,but I think the smell is just too strong to eat them for pleasure .A tad pricey at around 50p a chew at time of ordering but if clear improvements are shown they will be worth it .

Dog Is A Bit Livelier & He Takes These From The Palm Of My Hand Easily!
These chews are rich in Omega-3, Glucosamine, and Undenatured Collagen Type II (which I admit I hadn't heard of UC-II till now). One chew a day for all dog sizes is recommended. Our favourite dog is quite a large breed, so I still wondered if this was enough. These do have a faintly fishy smell, but he seemed happy enough to take this supplement from the palm of my hand, so they must taste pretty nice.Makes a change from having to mash up supplements or find a way to administer them without him spitting it out later (which happens!).He does seem to be a bit more lively when out on walks, so I'm thinking there is an improvement.Glad these are so easy for him to take and that it's giving his joints and mobility some support!

Our dogs love these supplements!
We have 2 dachshunds aged and unfortunately their breed is renowned for having back/joint issues so I ordered these for them to have daily to try and help strengthen their joints/bones alongside other dietary changes. The supplements are triangular shape and it is recommended that your dog has 1 per day, and with the pack containing 30 supplements this will last you 1 month (for 1 dog). Our dogs absolutely love the taste of the supplements, I'm pretty certain they think they are treats as they get super excited when we get them out each day! It's hard to comment on how much of a difference these make but I certainly have noticed our older dog is a bit more spritely since having them.

Meaty chews
These are chunky meaty chews that are full of good stuff. From omega 3 to glucosamine to collagen, vitamin e & c.All things that I take, are in these chews for my dog.I would have liked a bit more information about the origin of the main ingredients such as the collagen. The packet just states made in the EU.But other than that, these seem a good buy for a months worth of supplement chews.

my dog likes it!
My dog liked the smell of this and wasnt put off of eating these (just him thinking he is getting a treat and yeah he is a labrador XD) I personalyl would say it smells a bit like fish food but ive noticed that with a lot of dog stuff

The smell is so overpowering
I tried these joint supplement treats on our 15yo dog as he gets stiff joints after sleeping or walks. When i first opened the packet i thought something was wrong with the treats as the smell was so bad. Our dog was looking at me as so i gave him one to try. He wouldn't eat it and wouldn't even go near it to smell it, i suppose he didn't need to as the smell was so strong. He eventually investigated it a while later but still wouldn't eat it.I trued again another day and same result so unfortunately they're not for our dog. I have to say he's a fussy eater anyway so i'm sure some dogs would like them but fussy eaters beware the small is very strong.
