Great...for a short while
Perfect match and, after a couple YouTube videos, installed easily. Then it broke. Then I got another one. Then it broke, Then I got another one and guess what? Yep, broke. Now I just bought two more. Granted I live in Alaska where things get cold and plastic gets brittle...but as much as I baby it ...it still breaks. I'd happily pay a bunch more for all the moving parts to be metal instead of plastic but this appears to be only option. Sure wish I could blame employees, but I dont have any.

It broke in two months
Not happy at all ! Got it installed in my sliding side door and two months later it broke again !! Its a pain to replace it - third time will need to take the door apart..

It works till it doesnt
I have replaced it 3 times. Dont know if the product is weak or my employees are too hard on the van but it works every time..... till it breaks again.
