ColumbiaWomen's Switchback II Lined Long Jacket

I really love this jacket. I'm surprised other reviews state it's really tight, because that is not my experience at all. Im normally a large in most things, and I ordered a large. It fits me just like it fits the woman in the first picture of the listing. It's not baggy, but it's certainly not tight. There's enough room where I could fit the jacket over a sweatshirt in the winter. Then it might be a tight fit, but it would still fit. It's also long, just like in the picture. The inside is very soft and warm. The quality is amazing, I wouldn't expect anything less from Columbia.I'm very happy with this jacket. I love it's so much, I just got one for my daughter. If you want it to fit big, or you want it for bundling layers underneath, you should size up. If you want it to fit like the picture, I'd order your regular size. Either way, I'd definitely recommend it!

This jacket fits as expected, just make sure to follow the sizing guide. I am regularly an XL due to my midsection and arms and the XL fits just fine. It was perhaps a little tight in the hips, but it is a long jacket and most coats don't extend that far. In any case, my movement is not restricted and there is still room to sit and stand comfortably and it fits well on my arms. The lining is soft and the outer layer repels water really well. It's been a rainy season in North Country and this jacket has already been put to good use!

Not quite the quality that I usually expect from Columbia. It has some weird bunching in the front. I looked it over thinking there must be a hidden drawstring in the center of the jacket, but I didn't find one. The jacket is long and tight. I definitely recommend ordering up in size. Love the velcro wristband so I can get the sizing right there. Love the level of warmth -- perfect for in between seasons, or as a light top layer in the winter. The lining is soft and warm.

Good quality and fits well.. definitely a bit longer than I expected but then again I’m pretty short.. it’s also thinner than I expected but it’s a good lightweight jacket

The Columbia Women’s Switchback II Lined Long Jacket is a fantastic purchase! I typically wear a Small, but I opted for a Medium in this jacket to allow for a bit of extra room, and it fits perfectly. The extra space provides a comfortable fit without feeling too bulky.The Collegiate Navy color is beautiful and has a classic look. The jacket performs well in the rain, keeping me dry and comfortable. I’ve been impressed with the quality of Columbia, and this jacket is no exception. It’s well-made and durable, making the price point a great value for the quality you receive.Overall, I’m very satisfied with this jacket. It’s stylish, functional, and a good fit for those who like a bit of extra room. Highly recommend!

When I ordered I didn't notice that XX-Large and 2X were separate options. I ordered the XX-Large and although I can typically wear a 2X or even an XLarge in jacket sizes - this XX-Large is uncomfortably tight on me. The quality of the jacket itself is absolutely what you expect from Columbia products. Perfect stitching, nice light blue-grey color (I ordered the Cirrus Grey), excellent lightweight rain jacket.

The Columbia Women's Switchback Ii Lined Long Jacket is a nice jacket that will keep you warm on rainy days. It unfortunately is a little tight but can be zipped up. I wear a 24 in jeans so be aware that it might be a snug fit.

This is such a nicely crafted jacket! The lining is so soft and feels wonderful against my skin. The cut and design is also very nice and versatile with an adjustable hood, cuffs and zippered pockets. The price is high but the quality is definitely there.
