Shape and size remained the same after 2 washings. No comment regarding if they are "true to size" because that characteristic is so realtive IMO...ordered a L and exceeded expectations. I am 6'3 190lbs...Material is nice, doesn't irritate my skin at all. It seems to be breathable, definitely does not trap in heat. Nice shirts at a very nice price. I like the shirts, haven't worn them yet but I did try them on. My issue and it truly isn't one but still...they sent me 2 XL & 1 L sized shirts.
