Awesome balls, great feel
I've been using these for 2 years now. As long as you don't rip one onto concrete they show very little wear. Very responsive good yard balls, but be sure you have some room! I have hit windows pretty hard without glass breaks though! Fun in water too. They don't soak up water.

Works with Garmin R10
These are great for indoor use and are picked up by my Garmin R10 consistently. If you’re looking for a low distance ball for your simulator, these will do the trick.

Almost golf balls versus SCI-CORE golf balls
The Almost golf ball:Smaller than a regulation golf ball;Travels (for me anyway) 50% the distance of a regulation ball (using PW-6 iron);Curves (spin rate and dimple pattern?) much more than a regulation golf ball, which is good for learning to control a golf ball;Likely due it’s relatively hard outer shell (compared to the SCI-CORE golf ball); light weight, and smaller size, it is slightly less forgiving than a regulation golf ball; The SCI-CORE golf ball:Larger than a regulation golf ball. It is the same size as the Callaway foam ball with the same seam in the middle;Travels (for me anyway) 70% the distance of a regulation ball (using PW-8 iron);Curves (spin rate and dimple pattern) slightly less than a regulation golf ball;Likely due it’s relatively soft outer shell (but much harder than a foam ball), heavier weight, and larger size, it is much more forgiving than a regulation golf ballPro’s versus cons:The Almost golf ball is better for fine tuning your golf swing when hitting outdoors in non-windy conditions. I have about 90 yards between my hitting mat and the bushes in my backyard; so, I’m limited to my 6-iron, I then have to switch to foam balls, which I don’t like. Because of its smaller size, the Almost golf ball does not perform well when sitting on a rubber tee, and its lighter weight makes its less fun hitting into a net.The SCI-CORE golf ball is better for hitting shorter irons outdoors (depending upon how much space you have) in more windy conditions or when you are learning a new swing movement. It is exceptional for hitting driver and 3-wood into a net when mishits could cause damage (and mishits will happen even though the net manufactures never show them!).IMO, both balls are overpriced. I think the Almost golf ball is no longer being manufactured; so, maybe the lack of demand made them non-economical to make. I love hitting practice balls in my yard, but don’t like the foam balls; so, I’m always on the look out for Almost and SCI-CORE type golf balls. The reason that I did not give the SCI-CORE golf ball 5-stars is because it is not the same size as a regulation golf ball making it too easy to hit.

Indoor Ball you HAVE to Use
For Christmas I received a Garmin Approach R10 launch monitor. I used another brand of foam balls that felt great and held up to the punishment. But I felt I was losing a LOT of relative distance, and I embarked on my journey to find a more realistic ball. Enter the Sci-Core ball. The shell is a bit harder than the traditional foam balls. I've shank a few, Sliced a few but they feel GREAT. And while I'm relatively new to tracking ball metrics, these definitely seem track better. Still not a real golf ball but damn close. And the distance is probably about 75-80% of my distances with a regular ball.I DID have one ball split on me, the seller promptly made good on my order. I can't recommend these balls and the seller higher. Definitely worth the investment.

good but not the real thing
tend to split in half. distance not accurate on simulators

Sturdy practice ball
Wanted a practice ball that would travel a good distance and not damage my house. This one is a little expensive at 2 bucks a ball but worth it. I hit these balls from my front yard, over the house, into the woods out back. 50 yds to the house and they land about 40 yds back. So getting about 100 yds with my driver. My normal drive is around 200 to 220. I was a bit concerned about hitting them at my windows, the ball has a good weight and feel, but a line drive into a casement window bounced right off. I did knock the screen out of a double hung and tore a hole in a back screen hitting a 9 iron from 10 yds away, but the balls are still in good shape.

Great to use on the R10, but durability is lacking
Update: these things aren't worth the money. After a month, I'm down to my last couple of balls. I don't know if I got a bad batch or what, but they split constantly.Original: These are picked up by the R10 and while distances are shorter than the real thing (as expected), shot shape seems pretty accurate. My complaint is with durability. In about a month, have of them have split on me. A couple of them after even the first or second shot. My driver swing speed is low 100's, so I'm not over abusing them.
