Sorry, we didn't test this on a 2021 Ram 1500 with/bed rails. This fits for mid-size (5 ft) trucks with Bed Rails, and this is very adjustable. (Expansion Length from 53.1 "to 62.6". Adjustable Width from 54.3 "to 65.0"). If your car meets these elements, it is ready to be installed. But just in case, you can also send us some information.
