Good , but minor issues
The phone is good their is no question of that . Little things are you cant easily change font size and at night you cant read your stored numbers very well. It seems to default to bing as a search engine but these are small thing . I am impressed and think it a very good purchase.

Not updated to Windows 10 no access Microsoft store
Cannot access the Microsoft store as phone is not compatible cannot update phone because cannot access Microsoft store because phone is not compatible so cannot access WhatsApp or any other app for that matter asked for a return because of this basically got told that I was stupid and the phone works not impressed I should have read the reviews before hand as it seems other people have had the same problem it's definitely not set up for Windows 10 if you want to just make calls and texts fine but if you want to actually use apps and emails forget it

No gmail, whatsapp, messenger
I needed a simple, cheap phone for basic communication purposes. Unfortunately, no gmail, whatsapp, messenger is possible with this phone. I returned back and got refund.
