Reliabilty
The shredders really shreds beautifully, the problem is that I couldn't even fill 2 bins before it would over heat and then I have to wait an hour before I can shred again. It is definitely a very light use shredder.

I tried the several pages part and doesn’t work that well but for one page at a time it works

This item is not heavy-duty and does not pick up 60 sheets at a time. Plus, it overheats very easily.
