Updated Product ReviewI was not totally satisfied with the original purchase for a number of reasons. However, I also wasn’t totally dissatisfied with it either. Its biggest benefit was always its strongest selling point, the fact that it is ultra slim.First, I’d like to say thank you to Bonnie and her excellent customer service. Most companies sell you something and walk away. LISEN on the other hand actually listened and was willing to address my concerns.Obviously I was unaware there was an updated version of the product I received. The company’s solution was to replace the purchase with the newer version. They also offered a full refund, but I was more interested in the product itself and its slim profile. What has changed?One concern was the original purchase got warmer than I liked while charging my phone. This new version DOES NOT warm up while charging my phone. LISEN has resolved this issue.The original purchase charged my phone slower than I liked. This has been resolved in the newer version.The original purchase did not charge my phone completely. As Bonnie pointed out and she is correct, I own an iPhone Pro Max. The 5K version of this device or any other brand is not capable of giving the larger battery in the Pro Max a full charge, but it will get you 80% of the way there (typically good enough). If you’re looking for a full charge on the Pro Max, purchase the larger 10K version of the LISEN (full charge plus).The original purchase took a long time to recharge. This issue has been resolved in the newer version. It recharges at least as fast as advertised.My final issue with the original purchase was the MagSafe connection. The primary connection is strong and that was true on the original purchase. Not falling off. My issue was and still is that it can twist easier than I’d prefer. If you’re familiar with the MagSafe design, it has the circle and line on the bottom. The line on the bottom prevents a device from twisting or turning. This portion of the magnet could still be improved, but is a minor concern.Updated conclusion. The newer version is a solid product and delivers as promised. And again, its best feature is how slim it is (unmatched in the industry, at the moment). Less bulk, less weight. They have resolved the biggest issues, but could improve it further, per my last comment. In all, I’d give it 4.5 stars, but that is not an option. Because they addressed the most pressing issues in the new version, it gets 5 stars.

Great product I have bought four of these over the past year and have loved them. Amazon warns that this is a commonly returned item and I could not imagine why. Definitely well worth it! Slim, easy to hold, fast to charge and will get you about one full charge. Again cannot recommend enough!

This really is slim, you can just take it out of the package and use immediately. I like the weight, it is light and it makes my IPhone 15 Pro Max feel even bigger but that’s to be expected, if you have a regular sized phone this might be a little bulky. This thing is light I cannot stress this enough, about the size of a Ridge Wallet. 4 stars because it does wiggle 1-2cm towards the bottom but considering how strong the circular magnet is there’s no chance of it slipping off, unless you intentionally try to do so. It’s very sleek, not flashy and pretty functional from what I can tell. I have no idea how durable it is and won’t know for a very long time since I’m the type that brushes dust off my phone when I can see it and keep all my tech in pristine condition. To put it simply I am satisfied.

Love how slim and small this power bank is. Easy to attach to the back of my phone for wireless charging. Highly recommended for those people who want an additional full phone charge.

This is a very useful battery. In general, my Apple battery lasts all day long. However, when I'm traveling, I always get battery anxiety. Previously, I'd purchased a Max-Safe battery for days I know that I will experience high-usage/battery drain. But for my travel anxiety it's overkill and bulky. This little guy works perfectly to fit that need. It's so thin I can still easily slip it in my pocket, yet it provides just enough extra juice to help me make it through the entire day with no worries. Bottom line, I highly recommend it.

Overall this charger does the trick. I should be able to get 2 charges before it runs out of juice. It is heavier & thicker than I expected & it does run hot when charging so you want to keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t overheat. The magnet is strong and it attaches easily to the MagSafe with or without the iPhone case.

Unfortunately, due to where I live, they could not ship it to me, I had to ship it to family and have yet to try it. Will actually get to receive it from family in about a month.(Will not charge phone while plugged in. Power button has no effect on that. Will only charge iPhone when unplugged from charging cable. Charged iPhone for “a bit” then turns off. Frustrating.The power button is an annoyance. Overall the original apple battery bank was much better even if it had less charge. When you put your phone on it, it charged- no power button to turn off on you.)

This thing is right up there with Anker, but at a way better price. Super slim, super sleek, and the automatic power-on when it snaps to the phone is a small but genius feature. No more fumbling with buttons, just instant charging magic.As for the heat? All MagSafe chargers get a little toasty, so unless you were expecting an arctic breeze, there is nothing to worry about. Charges fast, looks great, and doesn’t bulk up my pocket. If you want a reliable MagSafe charger without paying the premium, this is the one.
