Poor packaging for shipping
The look and work good, but rubbed together during shipping and were slightly damaged.

Horrible Customer Service
The overall quality of the steps is great. However, 2 of my steps were scratched through to the metal. the box was NOT damaged. They were put into the box scratched through. Thus, they were going to rust. I followed the recommended connection to Nilight for reporting the issue. I sent pictures and all of the information that they requested. I was told to “fix them” and that they would give me a $15 credit. What a joke. After over 3 days of back and forth, they finally agreed to ship me replacements. Be careful if you decide to do business with this company
