I cannot stress enough how important it is to have overall support for your ruck, light or heavy. I carry 35-95 lbs at a time and it’s really working for me. In fact, I have purchased this hip belt for all of my rucks. Obviously matched in color to GoRuck products, but matches very closely to First Tactical and 5.11 Tactical as well. I keep it varied so I use all three brands to vary the load, distribution and weight for higher performance during the big rucks and events. Just break out the card and purchase this and don’t look back, I’ve tried them all, this is the very best hip belt on the market. Review: Strong attachment - Was hesitant to purchase this because of some reviews mentioning the attachment to the backpack. I'm wondering if they weaved the MOLLE attachments through the strap and backpack or just went through the backpack. Weave the strap through the backpack MOLLE points and back through the strap MOLLE points so it passes through both points and wraps around. Weaved like that I'm able to hold the backpack by nothing but the backpack straps and shake it without them coming loose. ## Features - ENHANCED COMFORT FOR LONG RUCKS - The upgraded design features larger, extra-padded belt straps (9.5" x 4.25" x 0.75") and 210D HT CORDURA on the underside, offering superior comfort and preventing skin irritation, even when worn shirtless. - STABLE AND SECURE FIT - Designed to hug your hips or belly, the padded stabilizer belt ensures your rucksack stays firmly in place, preventing it from riding up or swaying side-to-side. Enjoy a secure fit that keeps your gear centered and prevents shifting, whether you're on a long trek or tackling challenging terrain. - REDUCED SHOULDER AND BACK STRAIN - The Padded Hip Belt shifts a significant portion of your rucksack’s weight from your shoulders and back to your hips, offering exceptional relief during extended hikes. This smart design minimizes fatigue and discomfort, allowing you to carry heavier loads over long distances with less strain. - COMPATIBLE AND ADJUSTABLE: Easily attach the Padded Hip Belt to the side MOLLE webbing of compatible rucks like the GR1, GR2, and Rucker. Featuring three rows of MOLLE on the exterior, the belt offers ample space for additional gear and customization, ensuring a perfect fit and enhanced functionality for a streamlined and effective rucking experience. - BUILT TO LAST: Made from tough 1000D CORDURA and equipped with a sturdy 2" military-grade buckle, this hip belt is engineered to handle tough conditions and provide reliable performance for years to come.Whether you’re tackling challenging terrain or enduring long hikes, this hip belt remains strong and dependable, offering the durability you need. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0DB43BZC6 | | Best Sellers Rank | #26,608 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #58 in Weight Lifting Belts | | Brand | GORUCK | | Brand Name | GORUCK | | Closure Type | Snap | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 65 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00840360204690 | | Item Dimensions L x W | 9.5"L x 4.25"W | | Item Highlight | Fits Side MOLLE Webbing on GR1, GR2 and Rucker, Added Comfort and Stability for Long Rucks and Heavy Lifting | | Item Thickness | 0.75 inches | | Manufacturer | GORUCK | | Material | Nylon | | Model Number | PHB-0101U | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | PHB-0101U | | Product Dimensions | 9.5"L x 4.25"W | | Size | Standard | | UPC | 840360204690 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** GORUCK - **Closure Type:** Snap - **Color:** Black - **Material:** Nylon - **Size:** Standard ## Images ![GORUCK Padded Hip Belt for Rucking Backpacks, Adjustable, Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41T6o6hsDDL.jpg) ![GORUCK Padded Hip Belt for Rucking Backpacks, Adjustable, Black - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71bXNl1vNeL.jpg) ![GORUCK Padded Hip Belt for Rucking Backpacks, Adjustable, Black - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71rURoE+bJL.jpg) ![GORUCK Padded Hip Belt for Rucking Backpacks, Adjustable, Black - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71dnqZJEzFL.jpg) ![GORUCK Padded Hip Belt for Rucking Backpacks, Adjustable, Black - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71DnnZvecDL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Game Changer *by D***K on April 26, 2026* Straight up as I said in the title completely and totally a “Game Changer” the overall support you get from this hip belt isn’t even close to using a ruck without one.
