The media could not be loaded. This projector is one of the coolest toys for smaller kids out there. From adult perspective there is no real science in to it: no real stars or constellations, just bunch of flashy dots and a big stain of moving colors (the nebula) on your ceiling or a walls. But it works for kids! My kids love it! On the remote and on the back of the astronaut there are bunch of different buttons with different settings which could be little overwhelming for smaller kids. But they will give you a variety of options to change the "stars" lights and the "nebula" colors and moves. Honestly the nebula effects looks awesome on the ceiling. There are no sound effects, only lights effects so after few minutes of playing before bed time my kids go to sleep without problems. The plastic astronaut looks very "friendly". You can move or rotate its head in different positions-the head is hold by magnets so it can be easily separated. There is no rechargeable batteries in the astronaut so it has to be connected directly to power source via USB cable (no wall plug adapter included). The remote functions are not as clear, you'd have to memorize the buttons what they do what because you can't see while its dark. You can even set a timer timer to extinguish when time to sleep. Overall it's a very cool toy for kids bedroom. That's why I purchased it for.

I needed a light for my son, who is 5 years old, before sleeping. He was scared of the dark, and I wanted something that covered his whole ceiling. His bedroom is 8x10, and the robot covers the ceiling and walls easily. The robot can run for 30 minutes and shut. That is great since I wanted a light that can turn off. Because there is a remote if he is still awake, he clicks the big red button, and it turns back on. The robot does some white noise, probably the internal device that makes the light turn, but it is subtle and actually good for sleeping. You need to have a 2xaaa battery for the remote, and you need an outlet connector since the box contains a USB-A to USB-C. The USB-C goes into the robot. I had an old cellphone connector, which did the job. The head is easily adjustable on the robot to change the angle. I posted some photos and will try to record a video soon in the dark! The figurine looks nice, and my son loves it. Oh, and you can change to different colors and speeds with the remote or on the robot itself. Easy to use!

This a wonderful toy that the whole family can share. The images are awesome, and will excite everyone. It can be used on any ceiling or wall. Multiple displays all operated by the remote control. Easy to set up, and use at an excellent price. I bought this as a present for my grandson. Now I'm thinking of getting another one to keep for myself.AO

I bought this for my 10 year old son and he absolutely loves it. We’ve had it a little over a month now and it will not stay on. It sits in the same spot in his room. When he can get it on he enjoys watching the lights at night.

Bought this for my son’s birthday in October. He’s had it for about a month. The remote started acting up last week (unable to change the projection) today we couldn’t get it to turn on at all. We’ve changed the batteries, tried different outlets- nothing works. My son is very disappointed, he loved going to sleep with it.

The media could not be loaded. Our three year old grandson loves this. The stars twinkle and work perfectly as a night light. We are going to get a couple more for Christmas gifts for the nephews. We haven’t used the remote as you can also adjust from the back of his jet pack. Five stars for sure and such a bargain!

This is such a cute little projector, and I love the light show that comes out of him. I appreciate being able to change the speed of the pattern as well as the color- faster moving "nebula" just don't feel as relaxing to me. The first one that got sent to me was scratched up and missing the remote, but the sellers quickly sent me a replacement. The only issue is that sometimes when I turn it on with the remote, it immediately shuts off. When that happens, I just uplug and replug it back in, and it seems to correct itself.

The media could not be loaded. This little astronaut is so cool. It really lights up the room brightly. You can choose different settings to get a different type of space light show. This is good for Halloween too. We’re going to use it to light up our front porch for Halloween.

When it works.. my kids love it.. but it doesn't work without being plugged in and I've had mine for less than a month and it no longer works

Returning this item as it does not work. When I push the power button, it comes on and then goes off immediately. It will not stay on. Also the design is poor as the head is quite heavy compared to the body so it tips over all the time.

Very cool light unfortunately I had to return it because the light doesn't stay on for more than a minute. Bought a second time thinking there was a manufacturer defect and second light also doesn't stay on. Poor quality light
