After a few weeks, I already notice more muscle tone. A great investment for fitness and muscle strengthening. Highly recommend!

Came with three controllers which was a great start. I’ve only used this on my abs and it leaves the muscles there more stimulated than my workout routines.I would definitely recommend starting at a lower setting and working your way up.Only used this for a week but I’m optimistic about long term results.Also curious about how long the adhesive will last (it came with about a dozen extra adhesive tabs).Update: adhesive became very weak after a week and would not stay on without being held in place. This would have been much better with Velcro straps or a buckle.Had to return for a refund which was disappointing as the belt worked quite well.

Flimsy, doesn't really stick down, can't even feel it so the intensity isn't there, it won't do anything as it's barely contracting (more like tickling) the muscles at all. I used to have a similar one that went around the waist with velcro and had 80 intensity settings, it actually stayed and helped me get abs, unfortunately it stopped working after 8 years of use and I can't find it again so I tried this. I feel as though I wasted my money.

This is the 4th EMS Muscle Stimulator I’m tried and is the best one by far. Firstly there is more control with it being easy to adjust the settings and making sure I’m getting the stimulus I need. I’ve also let my other half use it too, so nice to have the variability of a 1-19 range to use. The pads stick perfectly and I haven’t need to replace any pads yet, and that’s been using for over a month which was beyond my expectations. Charging is quick and easy. Results have been great, I do lots of gym work as well so not using it on its own but results have been better than other stimulators. I’ve certainly got more definition since using it. Those who are dubious as to whether these work should give this product a try, it’s cheaper than alternatives but a better product.
