This is exactly what I wanted and needed. As I find that the regular pillows that come with the mats don't quite get to the shoulder and neck muscles.Highly recommended!

I got this, hoping it helps with pain, lymphatic system, calming etc.I’m not 100% sure, it’s early days, but I genuinely find sensation relaxing, and that’s good for me.

I got this to use along with my mat to help me relax a little in the evenings and stretch my back out after working from home, hunched over a laptop.The accupressure is so relaxing, it's not uncommon for me to drift off while I'm on it. The cushion is a great shape for neck support and you can also move your head side to side for a nice little scalp massage.These are also great value. I've seen them on other wellness sites for £40!

Jeder der im Nacken verspannt ist sollte sich dieses Kissen anschaffen. Man gewöhnt sich sehr schnell an den "Schmerz" der Nadeln und dann wird es sehr entspannend und angenehm. Ich schlafen teilweise auf dem Kissen ein. Wenn ich aus dem Büro komme, verspannt und mit Kopfschmerzen, nach 15 Minuten auf dem Kissen geht es mir wieder richtig gut und ich brauch keine Schmerzmittel

Questo cuscino ha la forma giusta per massaggiare tutta la cervicale fino alla base e ruotando la testa riesci a massaggiarti anche i lati del collo. Il tessuto è ben teso aderente al cuscino. L'imbottitura sostiene la testa in una posizione confortevole, lo uso da sostegno per la testa quando leggo o guardo la televisione.Soddisfatta del mio acquisto.

Más pequeño de lo que esperaba, pero al final ha resultado ser perfecta con esta medida. Cumple de maravilla con su función, nada que envidiar a las de marcas conocidas. Recomendable.
