The shirt fit. That's really all I can ask for from a shirt. My girlfriend actually paid for it and gave it to me as a gift for an unknown holiday. She bought it to replace a shirt I'd been wearing for five years that had gotten so holy it recently started its own religion. The new shirt is lighter than the last, so I can only wear it with lighter pants, but that's okay. I think my girlfriend is tired of me always dressing like a beatnik. If these sound like issues you're dealing with in your household, this shirt is probably for you.

I liked the look of the shirt and it is comfortable, but the collar gets mangled with every wash. It irons out, but takes a while. This is a pain and will definitely effect the life of the shirt. I am incredibly disappointed because I have been happy with every other Amazon Essential product I have bought and this one is not quality. I bought two of these shirts and they both do this, so it does not appear to be a isolated incident.Note: I washed 100% to the care instructions and wash with all of my other dress shirts. This and the other Amazon essential shirt are the only ones that have this problem.

Pretty standard shirt. Fabrics does not feels thin or cheap like I anticipated. Good color choices.Improvement: less fabric around stomach area. Fits in the chest and shoulder but a little big in the stomach. I got large. I’m 5’-11” 215lbs athletic build.

There is nothing to complain about with this shirt. Size was just as I expected. I’m 6’2” 260lbs and the XXL fit just right. The shirttail is long enough so that it does not pull out even when reaching up. I’ll be buying more.

Shirt was fine as far as quality goes however was covered in some sort of dark dirt or dust and had obviously been mistreated prior to shipping -- The envelope containg the shirt was fine however the shirt package was obviously mistreated prior to shipping. Now I have to wait an additional week and an extra trip to ups store to get a clean shirt for something that should have been addressed prior to shipment

Let's be honest. This is an $18 shirt, the material is nice but it's a little more see through than it's $60 competition. It does wrinkle more than name brand shirts. At this price point it's a great buy machine wash it, and iron it, don't worry if it gets dirty, or stained wear it more than 10 times and it's more than paid for itself.

I've been looking for mid/light weight button ups that fit well as an untucked casual shirt so that I can retire a few of my old ones that are worn out. The regular fit Amazon Basic shirts fit the bill at a great price. I'll review the other I have with a copy of this review - they both fit comfortably without being "drapey" of too tight. I'm 5'9" 175lbs and at a certain age that things aren't exactly where I wish to show them off on my body ;-}. I'm comfortable wearing these shirts all day without a second thought. They'll double as a dressier shirt easily if I ever find my iron and have a need for a dressier shirt!

Hard to call it too large or too small when it’s both. I know I’m short and broad but too tight and too long. Also, with the material it’s made of, I figured it would be wash and wear. It is not. Nor does it take well to ironing.

i order this shirt and to my surprise and disappointment the fitting is way too small even though its amazon own make .i have ordered amazon make shirts in the past with the same size and description and i am fine with those.This SHIRT let me down in terms of fitting.amazon should come up with uk standard sizes just to avoid disappointment in the future.when your not a prime member its not always practical to spend all the money to qualify for a free delivery.i would advise to order one size larger

This is a very mediocre shirt, the material feels OK and the stitching is decent - however the colour is completely different to how it appears on the website! I ordered the 'Teal Buffalo Check' option and instead of being a nice bright teal and white check, the whole shirt is very dull looking. The 'white' checks are actually a dirty grey colour - please see photo comparison with a white linen shirt ordered at the same time.

Ordered this in XXL size, as I'm a rather well built guy with a 50" chest.The shirt itself, arrived on time and is a great addition to my small wardrobe as a general every-day wear shirt. Thickness is fine and the shirt is comfortable to wear. I'd order again and considering different colours too.

Nice comfortable shirt with plenty of room for the larger person! Only complaint was it tends to crease easily but probably because it has more of a linen feel to it. That said it wouldn't stop me from buying another - decent for the price.

Even for the low price, this was disappointing. The material was wafer thin and there was no shape to the collar or cuffs. Returned to Amazon
