Q: Where is this flag made?

I think it was China, but it went bad after 1 year so it was trashed.

Q: Should not a flag sold for display on pole be legible on both sides....or at least buyer informed on detail page....

I would sure think so. Over the years I have had several state flags from various states..I would think a one sided flag would not be for pole display but rather for wall. Irregardless to me it would be totally unacceptable

Q: is this flag double-sided?

We did not buy the North Carolina State Flag. We bought the state of Ohio flag. It is two sided.
