I am very pleased with the quality of the product, the price and the speed of delivery.

This is my first Amazon warehouse deal cutting £10 off the price of a new product and all that was wrong was it came in an old box but inside the item was still vacuum sealed inside a bubble pack container and inside that it was further sealed in the usual toner/drum black plastic to avoid light contamination so good to see it was just like new other than being in an old box so I will be using Amazon Warehouse in future if this is the excellent standard we can expect. I had a problem with a line being printed down the page every time a print was made so being in IT i knew it was the drum but being an old printer I knew i would not have to pay the £100+ price that I would have had to for a new printer but was really surprised that I managed to buy this for almost less than a tenner! Installed the item and was recognised first time, none of the usual printer errors or warnings about using an OEM drum or toner and info page printed perfectly - Happy camper, top product delivered well before expected delivery date as well.

Amazing value. But why does Amazon ask me to rate sheerness and thickness? It's not a pair of tights??????!

The top toner is the new one, other is the one I’ve purchased before. As you see way too big. Maybe miss packed !??

I expected this not to be great quality due to the price and I have to say I was right. Out of the box the cartridge wasn’t recognised by the printer comparing it to the old one I noticed that there original cartridge had a little chip on it. This was missing from the replacement one. Thankfully digging the packaging out of the bin I found the missing chip and managed to stick it back in place and after a couple of goes I finally got the printer to see the cartridge. Not great quality control on their products.
