Exactly what I was looking for. The firm round shape keeps me from rolling onto my stomach which then leads to back pain in the morning.

I am a side sleeper. I bought this to relieve my shoulder and chest pain when I sleep. I needed something firm so that it can support my shoulders. Secondly I like to rest one of my legs on the bolster. This fits the bill perfectly. I also wanted it to be firm so I bought extra memory foam and stuffed it full. Now it's perfect. Next I have a hard time looking for replacement bolster covers since it's XL. I managed to find them in Cuddle Beddings, https://www.cuddlebeddings.com/. They also sell an XL bolster but this is cheaper. I got my extra memory foam, 700g, from them too. I am very pleased with this product. The bolster cover is soft and plush. It came in a very small size. I unwrapped it and it expanded in less than 30 minutes. A very good investment for a good night's sleep.

High quality. I love that the pillow comes with a zippered cover, but also the inner pillow has another zipper on the end so you can adjust the density of the pillow. This is the second one I've bought (one for my hubby and one for my daughter). They both love it so much, that I'm buying myself one next. The pillow is stuffed with shredded memory foam. There also appears to be some fiber fill mixed in too, i think that keeps the foam in place. The pillow is very generously stuffed, I took out about 1/4 of the stuffing out of each pillow which made it soft yet still supportive. The only thing i would change is the cover. While it's soft and well made, i wish it was made of 100% cotton. Or that they offered a cotton cover. Instead, i used the cover it came with as my pattern and made my own cover using an old cotton sheet.
