Tastes like dessert, but itโs good for you!
My daughter and I are both lactose intolerant, so finding a good dairy-free yoghurt has always been a bit of a challenge. I recently started strength training and need to increase my protein intake, and this Alpro Greek Style Plain soya yoghurt has been a brilliant addition to my diet.I love using it for overnight oats. I mix it with oats and a scoop of protein powder (which tastes awful on its own!), and by morning it turns into something that feels more like a dessert than a healthy breakfast. The yoghurt gives it a thick, creamy texture without any of the dairy, and itโs not overly sweet, which I really appreciate.Itโs also a great base for savoury dishes or as a topping with fruit and nuts. Plant-based, high in protein, and gentle on sensitive stomachs โ it ticks all the boxes for us.Highly recommend, especially if youโre avoiding dairy or looking for a versatile, protein-rich yoghurt alternative.

Excellent
Has more soy bean content compared to the other Alpro Soya yoghurts, so it's thicker and tastes nicer

It's okay
I used this to make a vegan Tzatziki for guests... Don't get my wrong, dairy greek yoghurt has a slightly firmer texture and a bit more flavour, but I'm certainly not knocking this alternative... None of my non vegan guests noticed any difference and the Tzatziki was nice... I would have given it 5 stars, but I prefer the dairy version.

Just as good as greek yoghurt
Really thick and creamy - the nicest soy yoghurt around and far more afforable than brands like cococollective. Love this yoghurt - it's not sweet, so you can use it in cooking or add fruit to sweeten. We buy this again and again. High in protein too!
