Somewhat disappointing
The Orion is a good piece of equipment but very limited as picture enhancement is not as good as I thought it would be. Yes, you can see the moon crystal clear, but not much more than that, and even so it's too small of an image. Maybe it's OK to start, but very limited for those wanting to look at the nightsky.

seems a good piece of kit.
This is the first telescope I've owned. The viewing aperture seems quite small, not quite used to squinting into it yet. This must be the same with any scope though. Well made, with a sturdy tripod.
