Would this work to fix a hole in a hard plastic Kayak bought from walmart? Thank you in advance☺

I cannot say definitively without seeing the size and location of the hole. Gorilla would probably work but wouldnt be my first choice fro use an a kayak. If it is a small hole and below the water line I would use 3M 5200 poly urethane (made for boats, marine use)adhesive. If the hole is small like a puncture type hole like a nail or something similar went through it I would use the 3M 5200 on a stainless steel self tapping screw and that would do the trick. If you are talking about a big hole you would need to fashion a patch from some plastic like a soda bottle or something similar and glue that over the hole with the 3M 5200. That stuff is made for boats it is unbelievably strong and permanent.

Yes, but the color of the epoxy is grey.

I have a hairline crack in a ceramic toilet tank. Is this appropriate and how long before the tank can be refilled?

You could probably use this to fill a crack like that, however you might want to opt for something that has less of a “clay-like” consistency and try a different two-part epoxy. If you do decide to use it, however, it will cure pretty quickly but I would give it at least a day before refilling the tank.

Will any types work well on air mattress

I would recommend using a bike tube repair kit for small leaks in an air mattress. A kit is about $2 at your local hardware store.
