This product is financially feasible for me. It is small and yet effective, and it will enhance my ability to hear we. It arrived in a timely manner and is well packaged and is easy to prepare for use.

I’ve had a pair of Widex over the ear aids for years. The OTE design can be a pain if you wear glasses, knock them off while changing a shirt etc. so I wanted to try an in the ear design. I really wanted to like these because of the size, ease of operation, price point, and the USB charging cradle. But the sound quality compared to my Widex pair is, well… absolutely horrid. First off, it’s loud. Very loud. Obnoxiously loud. To the point of pain. Even on the lowest setting and with mode set to cancel background noise. Second, I think there is little to no sound processing going on. Frequencies at the high end are over-amplified. These are essentially powerful amplifiers. Third, the sound is flat and tinny, very artificial. So they are going back, and I learn once again that in the world of hearing aids, there are no bargains and you get what you pay for. If you are stone deaf and need powerful amplification, these might be suitable.

I just received my Vivtone hearing aids tonight. I am in the process of setting them up. I needed the smallest ear tips and inserted them into the hearing aids. I can hear real well and love hearing things I haven’t heard in a long while. My first pair of hearing aids were over $6,000. and didn’t cancel noise even though they were supposed to cancel noise. Since they wore out, I said no more will I pay that same price. I did a lot of research before deciding on Vivtone. I saved so much money! Thank you Vivtone!

I really wanted to like these hearing aids! They fit my ears well and being rechargeable is a game changer! However, on the lowest setting they were too loud for me :( I read reviews and they work for a lot of people but a few had the same problem I had. So sadly had to return.

My husband and I are both very pleased with these hearing aides. They work well on the 1st setting and the charging cases make them ready to use all the time. Amazed how well they stay in the ear! The different colors are great for knowing which is which as we both use only one.

I have been wearing hearing aids since I was 10 years old . Paying about 5000.00 every couple of years for new hearing aids . I was told by an audiologist that the over the counter would not work for me because my hearing was a profound loss . I decided to not believe them because I can put ear phones in my ears and hear the music . I did research and decided on vivtone in the ear to try out . After trial and error and finding the right size dome I can hear with the vivtone on the volume 1 . It may take me a few months to get use to wearing them and not having a lot of weight on my ears from the over the ear hearing aids . Thank you for making an affordable OTC hearing aid .

I would give zero stars but it won't let me. The product was ordered on Amazon (who does not back the products they offer) for my father. We charged them and held in the button to adjust the hearing level. They did not squeal when you passed your hand by - they did nothing. Vivtone does not answer the telephone and requests that you email them, you never get a response - just more advertisements about their products. Do not waist your time or money on this product. Amazon should be ashamed for offering such a worthless product on their site. I have now lost all confidence in Amazon.

I had high expectations for these hoping they would be a game changer for me. I have been thoroughly disappointed. The feedback is outrageous. No matter what size dome I use it's squealing. Move you head a little and squeal, bend down...squeal. Smile....squeal. The 99 dollar blj ones are way better than these in the sound clarity. When wearing these I am still having to have people repeat what they say because I can't understand them. Honestly if I still had the all the packaging I would return them. Waste of money.
