Less Expensive than Bowflex
My chiropractor suggested that I get a kettlebell set to strengthen my back. She has a Bowflex adjustable version in her office, and I looked for that on Amazon. I found the Ativafit, which was priced at about $20 less. I'm very happy with my choice. Changing the weight is quick and easy.

Need two of them
This is incredible design. I was so excited to try this kettlebell out when it first showed up, and it didn't disappoint. The twist and lock feature for the weights makes it easy for me to adjust the weight depending on what I'm doing. I can max it out for Turkish get ups and turn down the intensity for swings and squats incredibly easily. This is also great for sharing the weights with my son and wife, and it's amazing watching them go from 5 pounds to more and more weight as they grew more confident. The grip is fine, I know a lot of people like to sand their kettlebells down, but I'm not sure how that would work with the aluminum handle. If you prefer more friction and are used to cast iron, maybe try a rope, silicon or leather grip instead. This is so easy to use and easy to store. It has the profile of a smaller kettle bell, there's no design frills or unnecessary foof. I love showing it off to people and explaining the gimmick. Everyone I've let use it wants one for themselves. The only downside: Because of the odd integers in the weight stacks, I'm going to have to get another one so I can do double handed exercises.

Over priced garbage
This thing is so awkward and cumbersome cheap plastic. I’d be better off working out with a log and a stone.

Convenient and Easy to Use
This adjustable kettlebell is a great addition to any home or small gym setup. Switching between weights is as simple as twisting the dial, making it super convenient for different exercises. The weight increments are a bit unusual but not a dealbreaker. The build quality feels solid, and it takes up way less space than having multiple kettlebells. If you’re looking for a versatile workout tool, this is a fantastic option.

Great For Home or Small Training Gym
This is a very simple Kettlebell to use. You can simply twist it one way to start exercising. The weight increments are a little strange but it is an otherwise solid piece to work with.
