Gesagt getan. Ich habe nach einiger Recherche mich für dieses Produkt entschieden, da es von der Bedienung her einfach aussah. Knopf drücken, rein pusten und ablesen. Meine Erwartung wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Bedienung ist wirklich einfach und gibt gute Werte wieder, die ich täglich protolliere. Man kann zudem seinen Bestwert abspeichern. Eine Indikation durch die Farbskala ermöglicht es zu sehen, wo man mit seinem Peak Flow grad steht. Wie gesagt, Messe ich den Wert mehrmals täglich und habe mittlerweile ein gutes Gefühl, bei welchem Wert ich kurz vor einer Verschlechterung meines Asthmas bin (Ich spüre dabei auch, dass es langsam schlechter wird). Dann nehme ich mein Bedarfspray ein und die typischen Symptome verbessern sich. Danach protokolliere ich den Wert. Fazit: Für mich ist dieses Messgerät ein guter Helfer, das ich derzeit immer in meiner Tasche dabei habe. Es ist leicht zu bedienen und ich habe dadurch ein umfangreiches Protokoll meines Peak Flows für meinen Arzt. Edit Juni 2025: Ich nutze das Gerät immer noch und alles Top.
