Long lasting sprocket for Alfine.
I'm on my second one of these sprockets, the first one lasting me about 7000miles before wearing to the point of slipping. It would probably have lasted even longer if I'd not been too lazy to regularly change the chain. It's a basic item, but they last ages. They are simple to fit if you know how to do it, and there are plenty of youtube videos explaining the process. However, invest in a pair of circlip pliers or you will be cursing the snap ring that holds it all together.The plastic chain guide can be easily removed if you don't want to use it with a bit of heat from a lighter and a pair of pliers. Just soften the pin parts at it pops off.
