I am surprised and pleased with these pillows. Other pillows absolutely suck compared to these. I sleep rough and other pillows deform and become too soft and squishy and flatten over time have been an issue. I haven’t had these from Bedsure that long but from the start these are way better than I’m used to. They are firm and yet soft, keep their shape and easily moldable, I don’t know how to explain it. The shredded material seems like it’s better if it’s start to deform to put it back in shape. Good quality for sure, I think if I had made any other purchase for pillows I probably would’ve been disappointed. I’m very pleased with these and pretty picky about everything. Good job. I’m quite comfortable now and not looking to slam my pillows through a wall because they are lousy. Thank you. My other pillows will be in the trash where they belong.

The BEDSURE brand has consistently met my expectations, and this pillow is no exception. Upon receiving the vacuum-sealed, rolled-up pillow, I promptly unwrapped it, allowing it to expand. The included instructions suggest a 48-hour expansion period or a 20-minute low-heat tumble dry for expedited expansion. I opted for the latter method.One notable feature of this pillow is its weight. Unlike some dense foam pillows that feel heavy and rigid, this pillow offers a light and fluffy sensation. The substantial outer casing effectively conceals the shredded foam filling, preventing feeling any lumps or bumps. It provides ample support without feeling overly firm, eliminating the need to constantly adjust for comfort. As a side sleeper, I find this pillow particularly comfortable, and it retains its shape throughout the night.This pillow features a thick, quilted outer cover with piping along the edges that can be unzipped for easy washing. This case is unique as one side is made up of a bamboo fabric and the other side a material that remains cool. I find the cooling side to be effective to where I can actually feel the difference in temperature. The zipper is of high quality and operates smoothly without snagging. The inner core that encases the foam is also enclosed in a zippered casing. The foam itself is clean and white, which is not always the case with foam pillows.As the pillow is new, I have not yet had the occasion to wash it. However, the care label indicates that the outer cover can be machine washed and dried to maintain its freshness. The foam insert is not suitable for laundering.Initially, there was a faint odor emanating from the pillow, but it quickly dissipated after 20 minutes of tumble drying. I also added a scented dryer sheet to expedite the process.The comfort level of a pillow is highly subjective, and I can only provide my personal opinion. I really REALLY like this pillow. I am a side sleeper so to be comfortable, my pillow height has to be the same distance as between the side of my head and the edge of my shoulder so my neck isn’t bent at some weird angle. This pillow nails it! It is the perfect height and is magically both soft and firm at the same time. When I lay on it, it is firm enough to support my head and neck, yet not SO firm that my ear goes numb after an hour or so. It also does not need constant “floofing” to get it into the right shape. It’s perfect as is. I have tried the My Pillow brand and found that I always had to punch and poof it every night to make it useable. And even then, the foam would shift around during the night and no longer be comfortable by morning. Not a problem with this pillow. I suspect it is because the foam pieces are smaller and more compact in this pillow so there is less shifting around. There was a strong chemical order upon first opening the package so I had to let it air out for several days, but that has all dissipated by now and there is no order at all. Highly recommend this pillow if you want a supportive but not rock hard pillow.

I was fortunate to try this single pillow; but I am now buying more for my bed, my kids' beds, and the guest bed. I took a good month before writing this review to try the pillow out and ensure its quality. Verdict: It's the best pillow I've ever owned. In the past, I've always avoided these types of pillows with the shredded memory foam, as they didn't look comfortable. Oh how wrong I was! When this pillow arrived, I was first turned off by the strong factory odor. I left it on a shelf until the odor dissipated (a little over a week). Since then, I've been using it every night. I love it because it's very puffy and firm. It makes an EXCELLENT back rest when reading/watching TV in bed. It feels more like a couch cushion than a pillow. When sleeping, it conforms to my head perfectly without pressure points. It's also nice to lay against when I'm on my side. It's not hot at all. There is no lingering odor. In short: Thumbs Up. Just buy it.
