Natural Yoghurt Starter Cultures - for The Preparation of at Least 25 litres of Yoghurt

Makes really good yoghurt. Sets well and tastes great.

There`s a certain lack of information in the packaging, i.e three sachets inside the one pack and it doesn`t say how much milk it will have what type of effect on. My milk became soured by the culture as would be expected but remained as milk as I believe the one small sachet of three was insufficient and the time for the culture to mature in my electric yoghurt maker differed by at least three hours?

I tried this 2 times and both times it didn't work out. I followed the instructions, but perhaps I messed up somewhere? No sure, but it didnn't work for me. Delivery was fast and it seemed like a good quality product which was well packaged. Not sure why it did not work for me. Good luck.
