Evergreen Greendays John Innes No 3 Compost 25 Ltr - 1 x 25 Ltr Bag

I don’t mind paying for quality and for the right item…this is somewhat overpriced (£14.99), given the contents.Bits of black plastic, black tubing?!?!, pebbles and bits of what look like roots. The soil was also very dry…this wasn’t a huge problem as I planned to wet it a little anyway. I’ve had to use it as a couple of plant pots were destroyed in recent storms and I have no way of getting to a garden centre for the foreseeable future. I’m just hoping that the soil and whatever root bits etc I missed aren’t going to cause a problem, especially for my bay tree-time will tell, I guess, so I cannot give it a higher rating until I’ve seen how things go. Not a great start though.On the plus side, it arrived slightly earlier than expected.

Its a shame as I was ordering a lot of bags for my garden previously. Really happy with early deliveries, well packed and the soil is good anyway. Will now find alternative seller as price is a little more than I can now afford or justify to pay per 25L.

Product arrived day after ordering, well packaged with a nice letter from the owners of the company. I used it to repot an apple tree and the product seemed great. Very happy.

Dry good product for all my plants well worth the 5stars.highly recommended
