Works good, used after clearing with bentonite clay to further clear it up, takes about 2-3 days to full settle, it would have received 5 star if the bag lasted longer it’s really tiny, and the seal was broke.

When nothing else will clear the wine, this will. Within 12 hours I had crystal clear Chardonnay.

This is the stuff!! I tried another product first, with no luck. This is easy and effective. Sparkling, clear, homemade apple wine for me!! They should consider putting this powder in a reclosable bottle. I’ll be three years using all this, and I have it wrapped in a ziplock.
