As a speech pathologist with experience in the infant feeding, breast feeding and swallowing area, I personally approve of these for my babes! I introduced a pacifier from day 1 and have had no concerns regarding impacting latch or ability to eat. Value This pack offered a slightly discounted price vs in store, but overall they are in the $3-4/pacifier range.
