Solid improvement over worn stabilizers
I'm new to the hobby of collecting mechanical keyboards and prefer hot-swappable, full size options, of which there are few. One of my purchases was a new GMMK full size. The stabilizers are adequate, maybe a little rattly, but definitely nothing that drew my attention during daily use.I had an opportunity to add a used GMMK full-size prebuilt to my collection. It had standard Gateron Brown switches. It came at a significant cost savings, being used. However, it was my first used keyboard. I didn't realize what problems may arise from regular use, as I'm fairly gentle with my technology and don't abuse or use tech forcefully. The used GMMK had significant rattling in the spacebar and stabilizer keys. It was distracting. Finger contact with the key would cause a distracting rattle. All my other keyboards were new and didn't have this type of problem.I researched modifying v. replacement of keyboards. There are a lot of inexpensive stabilizer mods but my experimentation was not providing solid results. Many mods require stuffing materials between parts to tighten tolerances and provide barriers to direct contact. It required a lot of fine-motor detail work but not good results for me. I opted for full replacement, as the kits weren't terribly expensive. The stabilizers aren't difficult to assemble and it was helpful comparing to the old stabilizers to get parts in correctly. Once they were assembled and on the board, these stabilizers were better than those on any of my other keyboards. I eventually removed the stabilizers from another GMMK with my Zealios 65gs (personal fave) and replaced that for "daily driving". Needless to say, the product worked ideally, as it quickly graduated into my favorite setup.

Great sounding stabilizers, easy install.
After purchasing my Epomaker GK96S and building that out, I noticed the stabilizers that came stock were very 'mushy' and hard to use consistently. I even tried cleaning them all out and re-lubing lightly, but they still didn't return properly..That's when I ordered these Durock plate mounted stabs instead, and much to my delight they arrived in perfect condition with 0 lube. I was able to apply my own krytox 205g0 instead, and now all of my stabilizers work and sound much better. Installation was very easy, and has made typing on this keyboard much more enjoyable for only $16! I would recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade poorply peforming stock stabilizers, or looking for something to put their new plate mounted build.

Mushy stabilizers
No matter how much I tried to tune or mod them, they were very mushy feeling with inconsistent bottoming-out

Solid Plate-Mount Stabilizers
Used them in my Keychron K4. Solid, no rattle once lubed, clean sound.
