According to a label sewn inside, the cover is 100% polyester and the filling is 100% polyester ball fiber. The filling is fluffy with a slight sheen. I did a burn test on a small sample of the filling, and it did not react like cotton. The pillow is comfortable and has no odor, so I will probably keep it in spite of the false advertising. It fits differently on a hard surface than in bed — I sink into the mattress and it does not. It might be a little tall for me when used in bed — I’m 5’7”. It takes a bit of adjusting to find a comfortable position. The head rest, which attaches with buttons, can be adjusted up and down.

So soft and comfy! My only note, I could not remove the cover for washing without ripping off the buttons, so I sprayed it down with vinegar to disinfect.

My husband approved this purchase! He likes to sit in bed and watch TV while I read, and we have been using old, dilapidated pillows for years. I saw this on an Amazon deal and thought it would be a great idea so I purchased it. It has been perfect for sitting in bed. My husband said it’s probably the only purchase I’ve made on Amazon that that has been worth anything. Haha!! That’s only because it benefits him as well. The material on the cover is soft and I like that the cover can be removed and washed. All you have to do is unzip it and throw it in the washing machine. I’m not sure I would dry this and fear of it shrinking, but I have not tried yet. The bummer is that I ordered the aqua blue/turquoise color because it showed as bright on the list, but it’s more of a sage green. There is no way I could return this and I wouldn’t even bother anyways. It came wrapped up and all the air sucked out of it and when we opened it, it is now huge and fits our California king size bed. Not sure I could find a box to put this in to ship it back. So overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase. Just note the color may be different than pictured. Probably should’ve just went with the gray color

I'm in love with this bed pillow I have been looking for about 4 years for a good one. I am 5 ft 2 110 lb and it fits me perfectly. great support I just feel like a brand-new gal sitting, I have bad back and fibromyalgia and it just feels so much better to have this pillow. Headrest perfect but soft and moves with you but it's squishy enough that it gives you the great support but it's not so hard some of these pillows have been so hard and non movable . checked it out or was just so hard for your neck and just gives you a headache this one is perfect. It has great support for your neck squishy but but very comfortable and great support. I highly recommend this pillow it is just perfect for any size person special for small small women. 4 Pregnant women support is unbelievable I have checked out seven other pillows and have had to return them. This is the best one it was worth the search! The great back support in the armrests are perfect. It cuddles right next to you. I highly recommend this for people that are at regular size as I said I'm 5 feet 2 inches it's just perfect and it's washable! It has kept its promises and I plan on purchasing another one to have on hand for someone that's visiting or just to put away in case I need to take it someplace else with me! Great Christmas present great for college kids! I'm 67 small boned and really helps with the fibromyalgia. highly recommend please buy one if you're looking for something that's great!

I bought this pillow for my husband for his birthday. This was all he wanted after a long hard day at work. He can lie against it at night while he's relaxing. Well, 2 of the buttons fell off so I had to return it. Don't get me wrong, the fabric is soft and the pillow is comfortable. He loved it. If it wasn't for the buttons coming off, he would still have it. This pillow is not firm. If you're looking for that, this is not for you, but it is comfortable. I feel like they need to take more time to make sure everything is secure more properly. I sew and they should double, even triple check their work.

Really like this pillow. It is a good size and fits our space well. I tuck it behind the bed- it doesn’t stand up well on its own, but it works great for the space I have it in.
