Great house
The media could not be loaded. So far like the house. The inside will help keep clean with raised floor. Viewing side door will be nice to see inside if birds make nest. Fledgling ladder is cool too. Really hoping this will attract some bluebirds. Will update review if it works. Putting on a porch so my chances are lower

Great quality bird house
We get bluebirds that nest in our backyard seasonally, and the bird house we have now was getting old and moldy. I decided to order this one, and I couldn't be happier with it. It is well constructed and should hold up for years to come. I love the blue roof, which adds a nice touch (especially since blue birds nest in there), and the door latch on the side makes it easy to look inside and clean. There's a metal grate on the bottom that allows moisture and small debris to slip through, which will help in keeping the nest clean. Also, there's a plastic panel that slides down the side of it which stays in place via a latch at the bottom of the house. This is such a neat concept and will allow me and my kids to peep in easily when the babies hatch, without disturbing the nest at all. The plastic piece is removable, so you can just slide it out when the box needs to be cleaned. Also, it comes with a predrilled hole on top and hardware to attach it to a fence or a tree. It's large without being too spacious, making it perfect for our little bluebirds. I can't wait until Spring!

Interesting
In reading the seller’s description I did not fully understand the “clear view panel”. Upon opening the packaging and initially examining the birdhouse, I still did not see the clear panel. My curiosity at opening the side door explained this feature. The door must be open to peak in. It is kind of interesting, but I don’t know how practical it is. If you hung the house up high, you couldn’t see in and there is nothing to hold the door open. The clear plastic is thin and probably not durable to the weather. I guess the purpose is not to constantly observe, but just from time to time get a sneak peek. The construction of the bird house is good. It is all made of wood and mounting hardware is included. The bird house arrives in a plain cardboard box, not very attractive for gifting. I like the bird house but feel it is a bit overpriced.

Everything I look for in a bluebird house!
I'm an avid bluebird caretaker with multiple boxes thorughout my property. This house has all of the most important things I look for (and that you should look for when choosing a house).1.) Predator guard. The metal guard protects the hole from being widened by would-be predators.2.) Easy to open / access monitoring door. This is important so you can care for any problems that may occur with your baby bluebirds. Also, you can remove sparrow nests if they get to it first. Check on your bluebirds daily until they are about 12 days old. That's when they could prematurely fledge, and you start monitoring by just keeping an eye on the box.3.) Box is stained / weather treated on the outside only. Some treatments can be toxic for birds so it's best to only treat the outside.4.) I love a pretty box and the blue top just makes this one stand out!5.) Air holes and ventilation. There is an option to have the nest slightly off the ground allowing for air flow, as well as holes for ventilation. Boxes can get too hot and you can lose nestlings or eggs before they hatch. Thanks for making such a great bluebird box!! Highly recommend.

Good quality
The Blue Bird House is an excellent addition to our backyard! Its durable construction ensures it withstands the elements, and I love the clear view panel that lets us observe the birds without disturbing them. The design is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, blending beautifully with our garden. The predator guard adds an extra layer of safety for the birds, which is a big plus for me. It's spacious enough for bluebirds to nest comfortably, and we've already seen a couple of feathered friends checking it out! This birdhouse has truly enhanced our outdoor space and brought a delightful touch of nature right to our home. Highly recommend for any bird lover!

Beautiful
This birdhouse is beautifully crafted. It’s definitely real wood because you can smell it! I love the little peek a boo door on the side. Just unlatch it and it reviews a clear panel to see inside. It has some holes drilled in it for air flow. I’ve hung this out in my yard and I can’t wait to see what bird makes it its home next year.

I'm impressed
I am very happy with the quality and looks of this bluebird house. Sturdy construction, ventilation holes are well placed, good quality hinges and clasp. I appreciate that the perch was not placed on the birdhouse but left inside for those that want a perch. Bluebird houses should not have a perch.

Neat design!
While it's late in the season to attract songbirds to the yard, I can't wait to see what it will attract come spring. The birdhouse is well-constructed and made of 3/4" thick premium burnt-color pine. The entrance has a copper predator guard to keep the songbirds safe. A latch on the side opens to a clear-panel viewing area. There are ample holes for ventilation. This is a different birdhouse, and I can't wait to use it in the spring.
