Package arrived in excellent condition. All components were included as well as necessary hardware. Even had a few spares. No damage whatsoever. Instructions were easy to understand and complete. Installation was pretty straight forward and simple. One note they might want to include: make sure your ceiling receptacle is rated for ceiling fan. Installed outside under our patio.Ceiling fan looks great, works as claimed with remote. I did notice that there is a little wobble at high speed but I will keep an eye on that. From unpacking to completion (including removal of old fixture) took less than 2 hours. The only tools I needed were a Phillips screwdriver and a pair of electricians wire cutters/strippers. If any issues develop I will update and re-evaluate. Update: the remote drains the battery constantly. Probably a button stuck or wiring short. Not a huge problem, we turn ours on and off at the switch. But to change speeds or light brightness, I install the battery, make the changes then remove the battery

I love everything about this fan. It's been up a week and it's perfect for our room.It was not hard to install and the only issues I had were two screws which were bad. The hardware is very cheap, so I hand tightened just about everything, rather than using a screw gun. I got it installed in about an hour.The height is pretty low. It moves a decent amount of air, not a huge amount, but it's a smaller one, so it's great for a small room. We only use it on low so far.It doesn't rattle, shake or make much noise at all. It's very quiet. I probably sound like I was paid for this review, but I honestly like it that much! Time will tell if my satisfaction holds up, but so far it's perfect.

It’s ok. These cheap fans are notorious for having vibration issues but I didn’t feel like dropping over $300 for a fan for my back patio. But.. I was hoping that since this was a smaller one, it would vibrate less. The fan looks good. The remote works ok. I do get some minor tapping on certain speeds but I’ve triple checked everything and the install is clean and everything is tight. Not bad for the price but if someone wanted to hire me to install a fan for them, I’d pick something else of better quality that wouldn’t bring my work in to question.

I put this outside on the patio! The install was very simple, the remote works perfect and it moves a ton of air. I like to keep it on low or medium, because the high feels like it would cool dinner down it moves so much air!Perfect for the hot summer nights. There is some noise, but it is much less then the little room fan I use to bring out with us. The noise is a nice background noise and does not interrupt conversation or anything. The light provides enough light for the whole patio as well. Would recommend!

3 characteristics of this fan caused us to return it: There are 4 speeds but the lowest speed is still fast and produces too much air flow for a bedroom. The lowest speed has a hum that is too noisy for a bedroom. And sometimes the light will start flickering erratically. If it weren't for these things, we would have kept it.

Great value, perfect for our small patio.

The fan was installed on my lanai correctly by an electrician...but it looks like it's wobbling. It's not. The problem is the piece of metal the fan blades attach to is warped, so there's no way to fix it. Very disappointed. To uninstall and return and then have to pay the electrician to come out a second time and re-install is more costly than the fan, so I guess I'll live with it. It's also not a quiet fan.

This was very easy to install after I removed my old ceiling fan/light.The remote seems to have a short range on it. I have to point it at the unit to get it to work some times.Looks great. Quiet. Nice soft light.
