I was looking for something to protect my keyless entry car from having the key signal boosted and the car stolen. I was very skeptical when looking at these products as to whether they would work. I brought this box because I thought it would be easy to come home each day and shut my keys away in. It is.I have put my keys in the box, with the lid shut, and held it in my hands whilst trying to get into my car. The car does not unlock so they box 100% works! This is fantastic. In the box I can fit a lot of keys. We currently keep 3 sets of keys, 2 of them with lots of keys and keyrings on, in the box, and it fits them all in easily. The box looks nice and is easy to open and shut.I would definitely recommend this product if you are looking for something to protect your keyless entry car fobs. It works and has lots of room at a very good price.

Having two cars in the household, with 4 keys, I was on the verge of buying another 2 pouches for a new addition tot he garage (our third and "occasional use" car), I changed tactic and bought this, so we can house all 6 keys without having to ferret through 6 identical pouches to find the right key.How pleased I was to open the box and discover the quality of this thing - not only dies it tidy things up on the key front, it looks great. Am sure it is PU leather-look and not real leather, but is textured and feels top quality, and as for the construction - it feels like it is built like a tank. No nasty signals getting out of this one. It is robust, smart, can easily accommodate all our keys (and maybe more). Highly recommended, especially as a pair of ouches can easily cost £10-£12.

There has been a big increase in the number of keyless entry cars in my local area that are being broken into and having things taken from inside the car. Although I don’t really keep anything of particular value in my car, I do have 2 dashcams and various items which I wouldn’t want have to replace and I really don’t want the mess they make when they are going through the car.I have been using various Faraday key pouches for several years, but find that after just a few months, the constant opening and closing of the pouch breaks down the lining and they begin to leak the signal from my key, so thought I would try a Farady box to keep the keys in when at home.The box itself is made from wood and has a leather covering and a signal blocking lining. The size of the box is pretty good, as it is not too large to make it a pain to store, but large enough for several sets of keys and has a simple locking clasp that flips open/closed to help provide a good seal.***** In The Box *****1 x Signal Blocking Faraday Storage Box***** Installation / Usage *****Once your keys are placed inside the box and the lid is firmly closed, the signal from the key is completely blocked. I have tried placing my keys inside and holding the box next to my car door and it will not detect the key.If the lid is slightly cracked open, the key is detected so make sure you close the lid firmly and flip the locking clasp.***** Conclusion *****The Faraday box from Latit seems quite well made and does exactly what it is designed to do – block RFID signals from car keys stored inside.I like the size of the box as it can easily store my car key and the spare, with plenty of room left for a couple more sets if required.I really like the construction of the product - I’m not sure how long the signal blocking qualities will last, but unlike the Faraday pouches that break down along the fold, from constantly opening and closing the flap, the Latit box is constructed in such a way that the signal blocking lining does not fold at all. When the lid closes down it lays flat against the surface of the bottom sections lining, meaning no fold and as long as the lid is closed down tightly it will keep the signal securely inside the box, so I have high hopes that it will easily outlast the pouches, making the more expensive box cheaper in the long run.

It is big enough for 2 phones. It looks good, and blocks the signal of a car key fob. It is light weight.

I was becoming a little concerned about the longevity of the pouches I had. One of them should be fine for a very long time since I never open it, but the one I was using daily could stop blocking the key's signal. I picked this up and it seems like it'll be effective for a lot longer than a pouch alone. I use the pouch you get when I travel, so it should last much longer. I think it's still worth testing maybe once a month for peace of mind though.It looks fine, it's not heavy or too light and it does the job. There's not a lot to review other than it works as I expected.

Initially bought as a gift for my parents. One of the largest ones available. Looks classic and unassuming, and definitely does its job (we tested by trying to call a phone inside the box - no signal). We really liked the box and bought for ourselves as well. Haven’t really used the pouches but they’re a nice little bonus gift. Can’t be too careful these days with all the car thefts, especially if you have a vehicle in the driveway overnight

The box was the perfect size to fit all keys and the price was very good for the quality of the item.

Funktioniert sehr gut. Die Schlüsseltasche und das Kästchen schirmen das Signal perfekt ab. Der Schlüssel muss beim Etui in der hinteren Tasche (silberfarbiges Innenfutter) stecken, damit das Signal abgeschirmt wird.
