Only enough for one person. Tender when braised in a slow cooker.

I bought 2 of these. Both were trimmed nearly entirely of fat (unlike in the picture which shows a lovely fat cap). The meat is also very lean with nearly no marbling. Some folks will like this but a cut this tough requires long slow cooking and the fat makes for a natural basting. Also, oddly, the brisket was presented as 2 pieces instead of one. Each piece was less than 200g. Most brisket recipe expect the brisket to be 1.5kg to over 2kg. So cooking this in a traditional way might require adapting the recipe to these miniature briskets.

This is totally ridiculous. My eggs are larger than this cut. Expensive, not happy at all.Don't buy!! Ever!!!!

Pressure cooked- tender, tasty - good fat meat ratio

This beef was very flavorful. Used it to make beef curry. Will be reordering for sure!

Used to buy this in every shop, not a size you find but useful for a 2 person household. Absolutely loved it, however last 2 months I've had some awful cuts, almost all fat and grizzle. Almost certain they weren't brisket cuts. Please sort this out as I miss it!
