I actually learnt of Aqua Florida through my shamanic studies, as it is commonly used by the South American shamans not so much for perfuming oneself but for "clearing energy". I decant it into different bottles, mainly spray bottles and some of it mixed with water. I spray myself just anytime I wish to refresh my energy, to give myself a little boost on a tiring day, or even after I've been sitting on a computer for too long (which really drains me). It always works, always provides that little spritz that lifts my spirit. I would not be without it.
