Great stuff - Actually works (for insomnia)!
Great product which actually helps me with sleeping. Quite potent I think compared to some products I've tried, because as well as inducing better sleep I have weird dreams (nothing bad, but I joke about it with family). Presumably that's the valerian. Such a relief to have something to fall back on when I need it (like now - thinking about ordering again, and thought I'd leave a review too).
