This is one of my favorite collagen powders. I've been using this exact product since early last year, and I don't regret it. My joints definitely feel less stiff, and I have no pain. My skin does feel more vibrant and more elastic. It’s also tasteless in smoothies. The only issue I have is with the ability to dissolve in certain liquids.

I have used collagen supplements since I was 20 to make my sensitive skin stronger, I stopped and developed multiple issues, this helps, totally recommend for people prone to eczema and psoriasis episodes. The solubility is great, for me the effectiveness is more resilient skin to pathogens and environmental factors.

I’ve been using this collagen product for several years and it has saved my skin! I’m now 84 and have no wrinkles, partly due to genetics I suppose, but mostly due to replacing the collagen my body cannot produce adequately any more. If you don’t use the product with all five types of collagen- type I, II, III, V, X, as this brand has, you are wasting your money.

I am 72, female, and this is my first time buying collagen powder. I have bad hip pain so I purchased this one that had all 5 types. I put it in my coffee in the morning. It dissolves fine. No bad taste. I've only taken it for 3 days and I swear my crepey skin appears to be less crepey! Unless it's all in my head, the pain in my hip seems better too. I slept real good last night and I usually don't because of the pain. I will try it for a month and if I see more improvement in my hip and skin I will purchase more.
