Guten Tag, ich habe den VFD Wechselrichter beim Chinesen über AMAZON gekauft. Leider habe ich die 30 Tage Rückgabefrist verstreichen lassen und das Gerät erst später in Betrieb genommen. Nach 2 Stunden im Betrieb ist der Wechselrichter mit Fehlermeldung ausgefallen . So weit, so gut. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Hersteller ging schnell. Antwort "Wir haben Ihr Anliegen an die Fachabteilung weitergeleitet". Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage war ab hier "Funkstille". Kein Support, Keine Garantie, Keine Antwort, Für 2 Stunden Betrieb war das Gerät zu teuer! Es mag jeder selbst entscheiden, ob unter diesen Bedingungen ein Kauf in China sinnvoll ist. Ich werde nur noch in der EU nach EU Recht einkaufen !
