I like how thorough the descriptions are for each pose. The cards aren't laminated, but they are made of a plastic coated cardstock so they should be durable.

Nice for developing yoga sequences with specifics on poses and instructions on how to get into the poses.

These are super cute cards and explain how to do the poses. They also say on the back how to do it and how to make the pose harder or easier.

Great for improv yoga

I’m not really a beginner when it comes to yoga, but I bought these because I have almost NO knowledge of pose terms, and wanted a fresh start. I take a “Beginner’s Slow Flow” class weekly, and these covered the basics, but maybe only half of the class. So if you’re JUST starting out, they’re better than nothing, but I’d recommend them more for those who want to put together their own basic flows at home. Beautiful deck, and informative.
