Hello are these buibs warm white.

I would say not although I have had warm white & the other & there seems to be very little difference to me. These are in the kitchen as a set of 5 plus ensuite & bathroom & they end up bright white to me. They also take a little tiome to get up to brightness. We have "discovered LED's & they are so much better for energy use & they are bright from the first seconds. B&Q prices(Diall) prices are good.

I don't think so, there is nothing on the packaging about this. Look for dimmable ones but expect to pay more for them: they do exist but I have not bought any.

how long can we keep those on the incision? when we are suppose to change it?

We keep ours on until the incision has knitted together. This is normally about 7 days. We do not change them because you have a chance the incision might open again.
