BEZALEL Qi Wireless Charging Case for iPhone 7 (not for 7 Plus) Compatible with GMC Yukon Denali, Chevy Tahoe Silverado Suburban, Cadillac Escalade in-Car Wireless Charger (Listed Model only)

I'm torn on this case as I really want to like it, but there are a couple of major design flaws and/or oversights that I would like to see corrected. It's not hot garbage like a number of other cases I've used (and for $50 it better not be), but there are a number of design elements that just seem to be poorly thought out. BEZALEL, if you are reading this, please consider tweaking the design to address the issues below.PROS:- Fit and finish are excellent- It feels good in the hand and is (to my eye) aesthetically pleasing, and has a very low profile when in a pocket.- It also does indeed work on every charging pad I've tried it on, but...CONS:- It has to be in EXACTLY the right position on my 2018 GMC 3500 HD's charging pad, and can be finicky with my other Anker pads as well. One little bump in the road and it stops charging until I adjust it again.- As others have mentioned, the lighting plug on the case is only held on by an extremely thin and flimsy connector. Plan on handling it with extreme care if you need to unplug it at all (e.g. to plug your phone in to utilize Apple CarPlay). I fully expect to have to use the warranty service within the next year for precisely this reason.- The volume and lock buttons are darn near impossible to use with this case. The material that covers them is incredibly stiff, and it takes significant force to activate them. I usually end up using a fingernail to press them, as the pads of my fingers aren't stiff enough to apply enough force to the buttons. I've had the case on the phone for two weeks, and there is no indication that they are 'breaking in' and becoming easier to use.- There is practically zero protection for the phone's screen - and this is my biggest complaint with the case. The front of the case sits almost exactly flush with the screen of the phone, meaning if the phone ends up on it's face it is resting equally on the screen and case. With a tempered glass screen protector on the phone the case doesn't even make contact with the surface the phone is resting on - it's all on the screen. I'd like to see the lip around the sides of the case beefed up just a little, so that there is at least some measure of impact protection if the phone ends up falling on it's face.

I've had Bezalel wireless charging cases in the past and this new model is a great step forward! The previous case had a nub on the bottom that plugged into the lightning port. It worked great but it just wasn't very aesthetically pleasing. This new model got rid of the nub by extending the bottom of the case to enclose the lightning port. It is still just as sturdy and previous models and works just as great! It works in all current GM products which is very nice! The only flaw I have found is that the volume and lock buttons were very hard to press when first putting the case on. It's been on for over a month now and I am starting to break them in and are getting easier to press.

I received the case January 2019. Today April 15 2020 I tried to remove the button that wholes the connector strip into the phone. Well the cover came off the connector strip and I needed a needle nose pliers to remove the strip .Now I can charge my phone. Not what I was expecting when I woke up. Can this be repaired because I like the feature of how it charges the phone while driving.Thank You

I like this product. I had an earlier version of the same charging case, and this one is better. I have found that it takes a little 'moving around' to hit the spot where the case will charge -- both in my GMC Yukon, and on the plug in Qi charger.I continue to like the cordless Qi charging, rather than having lots of wires in my car, or home.

After I posted our original review Bezalel's customer service reached out to us and replaced the charger. Customer service was very prompt and polite. Needless to say the new charger is working great and we are very happy with it. I'm hoping it last and we get our money's worth. Thank you Bazalel.

The case is durable and nice, and does work to charge pine in car.BUT I have had it for two days and the jack part has broken already! It is extremely hard to pull out the charging jack to plug in a charger at home or to put headphones in! It doesn’t come out easily at all, I wasn’t in car long enough for my phone to recharge so I came home to charge it and went to pull out the jack port and the black cap came unglued from the charger that is there and then it was almost impossible to get the jack out! Then it just broke! So now it is just rigged until I get home tonight to remove the case! And hopefully return it!

Purchased this case in August and it has already come apart. The plug in the bottom of the case that you pull out to plug the charger into is broke. Had to use tweezers to remove. Not sure now if it will charge in my vehicle. The case was expensive to only last a month and a half.UPDATE TO REVIEW:Due to it being too late to return the product back to Amazon, I emailed Bezalel and asked if they could help me. They sent me a return label for the broken case and sent me a new case in it's place. Everything was handled quick, I had the new case within a week.

Charges fine but worried about the fact that the front screen is so exposed. It’s also hard to push the volume buttons on the side.

Works super well....Love the product ...will buy another one for my home soon !!!!!!
