It arrived vacuum-sealed and pretty smushed, but I was pleasantly surprised to find an extra stuffer pillow included—looks like the company listened to feedback about the lack of fluff. Once I filled it up, the ottoman was perfect. It’s been a game-changer for me, relieving a lot of back pain and daily fatigue. There is not enough filling in this pouf . Not worth the money. It's too small and not supportive. The only positive thing I can say is that the material is nice.

This is a terrible excuse for an ottoman. Even after several hours it's not full and the cover still looks baggy. Pass on this one.Update***You need to put this in the dryer! I did that for about 15 minutes and it fluffed right up and took the wrinkles out of the cover.HOWEVER, it’s still not worth almost $50, should be priced around $30.
