Added an extra level of flavour and texture to the risotto using dried mushrooms & fresh.
Very good flavour added to dried mushrooms I re-ehydrated to make a creamy mushroom risotto. Added a lovely texture & flavour along with the rehydrated mushrooms (if using dried endure to use the water you rehydrate with as stock) Beautiful!

Fresh and tasty, value for money
I haven't eaten so fresh mushrooms since I was a child and picked them up myself when visiting my grandparent' farm. Absolutely lovely quality and taste

Fresh for a few days
We used these several days after purchase and they were delicious. We cooked them in the oven for a 10 mins with butter, paprika and pepper seasoning and then a squeeze of them to finish when they were done. Perfect!

This happy family of mushroom arrived in their own small plastic boat house and a light weight clingfilm duvet. They arrived safe and felt at home instantly in the fridge , some left the setting early to join some onions in a bolognese party and some still remain to fulfil their desires in a white wine sauce .
