I was curious about doing something with these gold sheets, so I ordered this kit; it is truly beautiful, works very well, and the final result is excellent.

Good value for the price when you need to cover several large objects. Seal it after application and it is lovely to paint on yielding artwork that moves with light. As shown, it adheres nicely and is richly metallic, quickly adding a lux quality to your project.

Have seen gold leaf used in several tutorials and finally ordered some to use on a project. I ordered these and thought the price was good $5.99 for 100 sheets. It’s NOT real gold. The package says the material is copper. Which wasn’t an issue for me, I didn’t expect real gold. It comes in a resealable pouch but I found it difficult to put the stack of gold leaf, which is single sheets and very very fragile, back inside the pouch without it tearing to pieces. I got a bigger ziplock bag to store them in. There is NO instructions of how to use the sheets or how to adhere them, nothing. So I had to do a little research on how to use. I bought them to use on a project where I made concrete candle holders and wanted specks of gold leaf to add. I used 2 different glues, mod podge & regular white glue. It worked ok but i’m going to research a different glues to use. All in all, for the price and depending on what you need it for, it’s not a terrible buy. Most of the issues could be from my part because I’ve never used it before and was experimenting.

This gold leaf is really nice to use and the color is amazing And the effects are great

My 8 year old has asked me for months to buy her some gold leaf for her slime and I have had to keep saying no because everywhere I look, the leaf is $10 and up for just a few sheets. I decided to try buying some off a website, but should have known it was too good to be true. While the site said "gold leaf," the product I received was gold foil :( So once again, Amazon came to the rescue! I stumbled across this item during a late night shopping spree and we couldn't be happier. The gold leaf is super, super thin and works perfectly for her slime (just like the pros you see doing gold leaf slime on Instagram and YouTube). Even more, I can use it on my polymer clay creations, so it's a win-win. The fact that you get 100 sheets (give or take a few), makes this an amazing purchase! I will definitely be back when we are ready for more!

Too thin to use for crafts.

Its really messy when you rub off excess gold foil. So i suggest you clean it off from the washroom so that you can just wash the floor off. Product works really well. Edit: gold foil oxidised and turned black. If anyone knows how to fix it please help.

Good product

Had obstacles in the delivery of the product but received the product at last. Product had good packaging. Product is nice.

After applying it gives a dull look and gold colour is not vibrant
