Q: Is this worth the price?? very expensive. i know its all "real food", but wouldnt it be chepaer to just buy real food ( chicken and rice is cheap)

This has 25 meals in it. Think of what 25 actual meals would cost if purchased separately. This is just over $3 per meal and it’s real food.

Q: One of the questions and/or reviews said that this will "bulk me up"?!... i don't really need that i just wanted to drink thisforlunchmealreplacement

I am a personal trainer. Anything you eat can "bulk you up" depending on your training and how much/what you eat. But there must be a proper stimulus for growth (training). MRE is almost literally just ground up meat, fish, oats, and potatoes. It's not steroids. It won't magically make you gain muscle by itself.

Q: Are these whole food ingredients gmo free ans organic? where is the ingredient list ? thank you.

Q: Why sucralose, acesulfame-k? has anyone followed the recent studies? why is this poison added?

I'm not sure about the recent studies, but I bought this and felt physically sick. I tried it again, as a "trial and error" study, and felt sick again. I contacted the Amazon seller and they refused to take it back or give me a refund of any amount. I gave it to a bodybuilder friend of mine and he said it was the worst stuff he's ever had.
