Is headboard included or is it just the base for mattress?

Its a day bed, sort of like a sofa.. has 2 sides and a back. Really not a head board.

i see the twin is little short at 75 "is it fir a regular twin matress?

I bought what was called a small twin mattress and it fit perfect. I think a regular twin might be too big.
